The chef and his team are first class and the service is professional and attentive. Open for breakfast 6.30-10.30, every conceivable breakfast combination is on offer. Choose from a traditional English Breakfast, a healthy egg-white omelette, fruit, yoghurt and granola, a selection of meats and cheese, breads, pastries and everything in between.
Late lunch and dinner is available from 15.00-23.00. The a la carte, fusion-style menu is complemented by an international wine list to satisfy the most discerning of tastes. Choose from dishes such as grilled beef tenderloin with sun-dried cherry tomato, Thai spinach and Cabernet emulsion, or maybe griddled filet of red snapper with roasted beetroot purée, pomelo and shaved fennel tossed in dill vinaigrette. The menu is regularly updated following workshops by international, often celebrity chefs who help to inspire new innovations and ideas.
